The Foundry Neighborhood

The Foundry at 304 is nestled in a particularly appealing area of downtown Bloomington, most notably because it is located right on the B-Line Trail. Over the past several years, the city has committed to cultivating and extending the B-Line Trail, a biking and walking path that is a major attraction for runners, walkers, cyclists, and casual family strolls alike. It's north/south extension currently runs right through the heart of town and alongside The Foundry's eastern facade.

Just one block west of the landmark county courthouse, The Foundry is surrounded by all of the wonderful perks that our downtown has to offer. You can walk across the street to Bloomingfoods Market, a plethora of great restaurants, galleries, shops, and the not-to-be-missed Farmer's Market.

Switchyard Park

Coming soon to Bloomington is the new 76-acre Switchyard Park, and it will be located about a mile south of The Foundry. This park will make a wonderful destination for outings with families and friends with the location adjacent to the B-Line Trail. The park will add to the numerous restaurants, craft breweries, and distilleries that are already located along the Trail with more coming every season.

There is much happening in downtown Bloomington, and The Foundry at 304 is in an ideal location right in the center of this buzzing community.
